The hotel location was in the centre so excellent for both daytime and night time activities, The hotel its self was clean friendly and with plenty of amenities, the breakfast buffet catered for all tastes and was not in short supply of of anything.

Staff were incredibly nice. The schloss room was beautiful and comfortable. Had a great sleep here. Breakfast plentiful and varied in a nice dining room. The hotel newsletter with weather forecast at breakfast was a nice touch. Very tasteful and relaxing decor in the room and public areas.

Great stay at a 500-years old hotel in the heart of the city. Very instagrammable! Also the breakfast options were decent and the room used was classic. Thank You for upgrading us to a suite although we only asked for a Deluxe Room!

This was amazingly a high end hotel at a low end rate. This may have something to do with Quedlinburg is not a hot destination, and the town most certainly had signs of neglect from the days of the Soviet occupation. The breakfast was of the good German buffet type. We did not eat in the restaurant but the menu was short, inexpensive and attractive.

Comfortable bed, the atmosphere, the central location was superb. The morning breakfast was nice and the young lady who was working was very efficient and helpful. The front desk staff was very accommodating, spoke perfect English. Very enjoyable stay.

clean beautiful room, Kind and friendly staff, great breakfast, close to the historic market yet in a quiet and calm beautiful alley. all in all I don’t have anything to complain about. when we wanted to leave on our last morning we still wanted to go sight seeing so they offered a locked room to store our luggage.

Best things were location and how friendly staff is. There was a very good breakfast. As well an own pub in the hotel which I didn't use. Really comfortable.

Kind staff, parking in front of the hotel or at a different location - free of charge and very safe. Great location right in the centre.
